Very good service. We did add a request to have the batteries changed in the key fobs but didn’t see a charge so not sure uf it was done or not. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and the shop was clean and well lit. We’ll be back same time next year. Thanks
I got charged for two diagnosis'. It should only be one charge to look over the car if I'm having issues. The personal link said the car was inspected and getting quoted out, but it took another hour before I could check out. I didn't ask for a printed copy of the invoice. I needed a loaner vehicle and there weren't any. The shuttle driver was the best part
We came in for a rough sounding engine that happens in the morning. They were thorough and honest. They didn't finish our vehicle so we received a loaner for the weekend which was amazing! We also enjoyed Jessica. So nice!
In the past, I was always felt my business was valued. The service was completed but the check out at the end was treated almost like a "group session". I guess the service consultant wanted to be efficient and not have to take extra steps to walk to the customer waiting area.
The young men working in the quick lube were more interested in flirting with some other customers rather than completing my service. I also had a concern regarding an oil leak and was basically told I need to schedule an appointment with service to have it addressed.
The staff was very helpful, especially Roy, the point person for the job on my car. He kept me in the loop at all times, was extremely courteous (as everyone was), and my car battery was replaced sooner than expected, even with the auto workers strike going on.
