My brakes were making a noise a I needed an oil change so I called up and they fitted me in on that day to both change the oil and inspect the brakes for problems

Luke was great at communicating with me. My third party warranty company was not as responsive as we would have liked but he kept on them to make sure everything was taken care of.

Made Appt with Roy but Had another person. I do like Dealing with the same person, but the other person did fine

Setting up the appointment was a breeze. The mechanics checked me in right away and completed the routine maintenance. He suggested an engine cleaning solution which I agreed to since my car is a 2017 model. I waited in their lounge sipping coffee and watching the Paris Olympics on their large screen TV until they texted the job was complete. Thanks for taking such good care of my car!

Most dysfunctional experience of my life! Was waiting in their customer area, which they were aware of but discovered later in the day they had sent me FOUR text messages??? Evidently interacting with their customers isn���t their idea of customer service! I had asked the first employee I met if they could���fix��� my automatic light control as I had recently been getting messages it was turned off. He assured me that was an easy fix. When I paid my bill I asked that person if he had taken care of it. He LAUGHED and said no he had forgotten about it, but didn���t think it was anything to worry about. Didn���t offer to check it. The real ���icing on the cake��� as they say was this morning received a sarcastic voicemail from Patty at Bergstrom stating I had MISSED my appointment last Friday??? This place definitely has issues!! I wouldn���t dream of ever returning.

I got in the same day I called, and was out before the estimated time.
