My experience at Bergstrom Chevrolet was excellent and sales advisor, Quinn Ducey, exceeded my expectations. Upon my arrival I was pleasantly greeted by anyone I met and made to feel welcome. This was my second purchase at Bergstrom and working with Quinn Ducey. I first spoke with him by telephone, and he made sure there was a vehicle on the lot that had what I was looking for. They understood my precarious situation and worked with me while I dealt with my auto insurance company and the finance company of my total loss vehicle. Quinn was very knowledgeable and receptive to what I wanted in the new vehicle and made sure I was happy with my purchase before I drove off. They turned my unpleasant situation of desperately needing a new vehicle into another pleasant experience.

Considering all circumstances I had a very low pressure buying experience. I knew i wanted a new Chevy Trail Boss and was shopping around at a few locations. The sales rep was straight forward, misunderstandings and mistakes were taken care of immediately without hassle. Not just Bergstrom (I started with Bergatrom dealers in general because they have a good, professional, reputation) but my entire Trail Boss experience gave me a story to tell and a great memory.

Instead of washing the inside, everything was polished, including the steering wheel & floor mats. There was white liquid on the mats and some on my umbrella. The kind employee working with me did his best to wipe up the excess stuff. I can't wait for the polish to wear off as it's slick getting in & out of my vehicle. The price went up since my last detailing. I doubt I'll do this again. (The outside looked fabulous!)

Everything went smoothly. I got there 15 min early, they took me right in and made quick work out of the oil change.

We worked with Austin and felt he did a great job of explaining everything to us and made sure we felt comfortable driving away in our new car.

I was less than 3 miles from Bergstrom and my dashboard showed that low tire pressure on rear tire after the tire rotation. I immediately went back. Was told that the technicians did not look at my year and model of Equinox to fill the tires correctly at the right pressure. Had to wait another 5 minutes to get fixed. As technicians you should know this before releasing the vehicle to client.

Quinn did a multi-state search as well as working up an order to build truck for comparison. Even more valuable was his ability to highlight what the differences were between the trucks. The work took longer than expected, but staff were courteous and diligent about keeping me updated and informed.

Every one is extremely helpful

The Service writer and Lucas were very good at listening to me trying to understand my concerns with the Transmission/Engine performance of my 2022 Chevy Silverado. I appreciated Lukas.was able to have Silverado duplicate/repeat my concern so he was able to come up with an acceptable approach for possible remedy fix or correction.

Went for routine maintenance and later we had a radiator reservoir hose come loose while driving. The Bergstrom Middleton Service shop was able to get my 2021 Chev Silverado in the very next morning. They promptly repaired the reservoir hose connection, refilled the radiator fluid and covered the tow costs to the dealership. After checking to make sure the Silverado was back road worthy they recommend an oil change. I went with the Mobile1 oil and filter replacement. When I picked up the Silverado there was no charge for a radiator hose fix/coolant replacement. To top it off Bergstrom Chevrolet of Middleton cover the oil change, so no out of pocket expenses for the extra maintenance. Thanks again John, our service Advisor, you rock when it comes to customer service.

Issac & Bergstrom team went above, and beyond some experiences we have had elsewhere. This was our first purchase at Bergstrom, and we definitely will be back. Issac set things up, went through paperwork, discussed options, answered questions. We met his boss, and he assured us that they would fix the hail damage. Service was to be scheduled for following week. They would let us know when completed. We expected that would not be until the end of the week. We were pleasantly surprised with the call on Tuesday, and it was ready for pick up. They did what they said they would do (and improved on that). They were fair, helpful, and professional. Nice team.

It was later in the day but they stayed late and got everything done that night so we wouldn’t have to drive back the next day . Very happy with the service we received and highly recommend .

Car threw a code that I knew was beyond me. Showed up not knowing that an appointment may be necessary. My person didn't flinch and listened to me. We then had someone check it out, part was ordered and once in it was installed in a bit more than 1 hour. Only issue, which was out of your hands, was that the part took nearly 10 days to arrive.

It all felt rushed. There was no time to explain all new add ons to the car. There was no explanation on how the financial part is moving forward, who the lender is, what the exact amount is. Very disappointed.

Service advisor very helpful, but was the bearer of bad news. To fix a fog light it would cost over $800!!! The majority of the cost was labour. The details of the repair demand the removal and reinstallation of the bumper. To me this is an example of poor design by GMC!

I had 2 tire pressure monitors replaced. Upon viewing my car, they noticed my license plate holder was bent badly so they fixed it. I had wanted that for a long time. They also washed my car.

Our search did not begin with Bergstrom's, but with a couple of other dealers nearby. We were looking for a specific model of car that is not a GM product, but when we didn't find one at these other dealerships, we cruised onto Bergstrom's lot. They did not have the model we were looking for either, but we noticed that they had a 0% 60-month financing plan in progress -- and it was ending that evening! So, we went into the showroom and met salesman Austin Bruss. Before we knew it, we were looking at new cars and test driving one! My wife and I could not "pull the trigger" on the one we were contemplating before the financing deadline for this particular car came. However, we were getting to know Austin by now and felt very comfortable discussing our situation with him. There was still some 0% financing available on other models, and we set up an appointment with Austin to come back the next day for some test drives of an Equinox and a Blazer. (During this opportunity, I was able to investigate the Bergstrom Automotive business. I was VERY pleased to find out that they have an excellent record for service and customer satisfaction!). The next day, Austin spent a lot of time with us, allowing us an opportunity to get familiar with both vehicles. Once we chose the one that we most liked, he went to great lengths to explain the many features of it -- many that we could not have known about or understood on our own. There was never any pressure to buy, for any reason, and we still were fortunate to obtain some 0% financing! (The thought of that had NEVER been part of our initial thinking when beginning this entire process). To finish, my wife and I are now the pleased and proud owners of a new 2027 Chevrolet Equinox RS AWD! I am certain that this probably would not have happened without the influence, patience and encouraging understanding of Austin! We look forward to getting to know him and Bergstrom's better in the years to come!

Used quick lube for 2 vehicles on the same day. Not sure why a maintenance video is sent when all it shows is lifting a windshield wiper and opening the windshield fluid cap. The maintenance needed dash light was not cleared so I had to look online for instructions

Thought total servicing time might be as much as 6 hours, all work (brakes, TPMS sensors, oil change, tire rotation, cabin air filter, safety check) done in 3 hours. Great!!!

Got right in express lube. Staff was friendly and greeted me. Wait time was excellent while service performed. Guest lounge was neat and clean with complimentary beverage. Only issues I encountered: Oil change price was higher than quoted when I made appointment, but somewhat reasonable. Wish oil change was upgraded to 5w-30 to help with engine lifters in future. Technician show me a dirty air filter which wasn't even from my truck. The filter he showed me had black casing. Filter he showed me appeared to have loose dirt in the pleats which faced down in filter box and was totally different that in truck. When I changed out both air and cabin filters yesterday, filters were somewhat clean and very usable yet. Really disappointed in this to get customer to purchase.

Really Good Place to Get Your Vehicle Fixed Right.

It was a great experience, Quinn did a great job even though he was really busy.

Poor communication, was dealer direct aux ac fix, said they could it sat for most the week I had to keep asking status, finally said oh can’t do it. Poor price, you’d do better to shop around and save $$$. Poor experience, just unlucky but came back to large crack in windshield, likely from heat expansion sitting around all week in direct sun.

It was super easy to get in for an appointment and when I got there, Ray was awesome to deal with.

My sales person , Zack was excellent. I couldn’t expect anything more from him.
