I had been shopping for a new truck for a couple of weeks. I narrowed it down to two trucks, one of which was at the Bergstrom Dealership. I stopped in and was met by Quinn Ducey. He was very knowledgeable about the truck and very easy to work with. This made my decision to go with Bergstrom very easy.

Video was great. We don’t want the extra $29 little can of cleaner. We get asked that every time. When we bought the car, we also bought the oil change package. Our bill needs to be adjusted every time, even though the main guy says he entered it into the system. We get the feeling he’s trying to upsell things we don’t need.

The work was satisfactoy, but too expensive. It should not take 3 hours to replace a DCT transmission fluid filter. No way! They also diagnosed a faulty steering wheel heater and ordered a replacement. It is on back order with NO idea when it might arrive. Not the dealers fault, but GM should be able to give us (dealer and me) an estimate of when it might be available. Shame on GM, not the dealer.

Good communication and professional staff in the service department. I’m a bit concerned with the oil change technicians. This is the 2nd oil change that has resulted in a small oil pool on the garage floor from poor clean up by the technicians.

Austin did an excellent job in finding us a maintenance plan that fit our needs. We came into the experience confident on the car we'd like to buy, and Austin listened to our needs and made recommendations accordingly. It was a painless buying experience, and now we have a lot of peace of mind having a reliable vehicle.

Fixed two of three problems. Did oil change and replaced A/C controller on driver side. Did not fix driver door that will not automatically unlock when car is parked and turned off. Said that this should be set in options on dash, but options on dash displays "not available". Said they were not sure why it says not available and they would search for an answer. Have not yet heard back.

Got the deal done that I was happy with

There was constant confusion at the body shop: No one greeted me when I arrived, I had to find people. No one knew about my appointment until I asked several people. My courtesy ride back and forth was delayed by over 30 minutes both ways, with the app saying a driver was coming when he was not (as I confirmed by calling!). There was no written estimate until I insisted the day of the appointment; and that estimate was over $100 off without anyone asking me. On the other hand, the work done in the end was good. The car was also cleaned very well inside and out. And in the end, I could us GM Rewards for the entire 2K repair.

I had a small leak in my front passenger side tire. I brought it in to have it looked at and the technician Brad Rolstad went above and beyond finding the leak was coming from damage inside the tire. It was fixed and an oil change later I was on my way.

Rams suck

I have had my vehicles serviced at Bergstrom for a number of years and have always had a good experience. We brought my daughters Equinox in due to a vibration she was feeling intermittently while driving. The diagnosis was that both ball joints needed to be replaced which we did for $1600. Almost immediately the same symptoms continued, so we brought the vehicle back in a few weeks later got a different diagnosis and had the brake system issues repaired for $1300. Everyone was courteous but I couldn't help but feeling someone made a mistake in the initial diagnosis and we paid the price for it. I get mistakes can happen but as a business owner myself, I always try to make sure my customers walk away feeling a mistake I made wasn't at their expense. Just a little feedback since you asked...

On the plus side: You fixed the problem in a day without appointment. On the minus side: You didn't give my wife a ride back to the dealership in late afternoon because someone "forgot"! She had to bring another car and then drive both of them home by parking one and walking back to the other every mile. It took her 2 hours! Unconscionable!

Best service ever! Appointment was scheduled for the next day but I had to bring a day early due to having issue in getting back home (Yes, they did offer getting me home and back) but I didn’t want to trouble them. I brought my newly purchased Bolt in for a general assessment as I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep it. The service advisor understood my request and explained what the technician would do. I also said I was hoping Bergstrom Middleton would be my go to service center for my car even though I did not purchase it at Bergstrom. The advisor informed me clearly where to come to pick up the car and how I would be notified when it was ready. I received a phone call while the car was being worked on to point out a need and if I wanted this to be worked on. The whole process was smooth.

Very pleasant to deal with

My experience at Bergstrom Chevrolet was excellent and sales advisor, Quinn Ducey, exceeded my expectations. Upon my arrival I was pleasantly greeted by anyone I met and made to feel welcome. This was my second purchase at Bergstrom and working with Quinn Ducey. I first spoke with him by telephone, and he made sure there was a vehicle on the lot that had what I was looking for. They understood my precarious situation and worked with me while I dealt with my auto insurance company and the finance company of my total loss vehicle. Quinn was very knowledgeable and receptive to what I wanted in the new vehicle and made sure I was happy with my purchase before I drove off. They turned my unpleasant situation of desperately needing a new vehicle into another pleasant experience.

Austin & team were promoted in responding to my requests. No pressure and no pestering! I knew what I wanted and Austin took care of it for me.

I was less than 3 miles from Bergstrom and my dashboard showed that low tire pressure on rear tire after the tire rotation. I immediately went back. Was told that the technicians did not look at my year and model of Equinox to fill the tires correctly at the right pressure. Had to wait another 5 minutes to get fixed. As technicians you should know this before releasing the vehicle to client.

Overall experience was good but there is always room for improvement. I didn’t get video from the mechanic regarding status of my vehicle and recommendations. The vehicle was kept longer than I expected. Overall, truck service was expensive but I think those works are necessary and am hoping it will stay intact. Salesman was good.

Considering all circumstances I had a very low pressure buying experience. I knew i wanted a new Chevy Trail Boss and was shopping around at a few locations. The sales rep was straight forward, misunderstandings and mistakes were taken care of immediately without hassle. Not just Bergstrom (I started with Bergatrom dealers in general because they have a good, professional, reputation) but my entire Trail Boss experience gave me a story to tell and a great memory.

The Service writer and Lucas were very good at listening to me trying to understand my concerns with the Transmission/Engine performance of my 2022 Chevy Silverado. I appreciated Lukas.was able to have Silverado duplicate/repeat my concern so he was able to come up with an acceptable approach for possible remedy fix or correction.

My salesperson John, was amazing. He not only assisted me in obtaining a new vehicle, but my husband as well! And with my long work hours, much of the administrative work was worked out through my husband behind the scenes. Everything was very easy.

This is a quality service department managed by an experienced person who hires good mechanics and stays on top of all repairs, so if there’s an issue, the service manager is already aware of your vehicle and what’s being done. I couldn’t be happier with this store’s service department.

My experience was relaxed and informed thanks to Quinn Ducey, my sales advisor. I was looking for a particular type of truck. Quinn did a multi-state search as well as working up an order to build truck for comparison. Even more valuable was his ability to highlight what the differences were between the trucks. All this combined to make it easy to pick a winner.

Instead of washing the inside, everything was polished, including the steering wheel & floor mats. There was white liquid on the mats and some on my umbrella. The kind employee working with me did his best to wipe up the excess stuff. I can't wait for the polish to wear off as it's slick getting in & out of my vehicle. The price went up since my last detailing. I doubt I'll do this again. (The outside looked fabulous!)

It’s everything I want and need for safety. I only looked at two cars and chose the second one mostly because of the sales person. And I just love this vehicle.

Excellent help with finding the problem and for contacting extended warranty company when just before I paid for the repair I ask if it should be covered by warranty.

Austin Gruss was the BEST car salesman I have ever delbt with over my years of buying new vehicles. He explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He was extremely patient with us. Quinn also assisted in the end, when Austin needed to move onto another appointment, he was also very patient with us, showing us the end details of the car, before we left the lot. I cannot remember the name of the guy that did the appraisal on my car, he lives on Lake Wisconsin, very down-to-earth gentleman, very personable, he made me feel comfortable when we went for a drive. We will definitely refer friends and family to this store for sure. Rod has been back to the service dept since, to add our "bow ties" , , thank you so much for the new 2026 Equinox, we love the vehicle.

Oil change , what could go wrong?? It's always interesting talking to the service guys

Car threw a code that I knew was beyond me. Showed up not knowing that an appointment may be necessary. My person didn't flinch and listened to me. We then had someone check it out, part was ordered and once in it was installed in a bit more than 1 hour. Only issue, which was out of your hands, was that the part took nearly 10 days to arrive.

Went for routine maintenance and later we had a radiator reservoir hose come loose while driving. The Bergstrom Middleton Service shop was able to get my 2021 Chev Silverado in the very next morning. They promptly repaired the reservoir hose connection, refilled the radiator fluid and covered the tow costs to the dealership. After checking to make sure the Silverado was back road worthy they recommend an oil change. I went with the Mobile1 oil and filter replacement. When I picked up the Silverado there was no charge for a radiator hose fix/coolant replacement. To top it off Bergstrom Chevrolet of Middleton cover the oil change, so no out of pocket expenses for the extra maintenance. Thanks again John, our service Advisor, you rock when it comes to customer service.

We have done all our service work at Bergstrom but this was our first vehicle purchase, and it was a great experience from start to finish! Austin did a great job listening to our wants and matching them to the perfect Equinox RS and financing. It all came together brilliantly!!
