Tino was very professional with his complete and thorough walk through of the trade-in and purchasing process. The flip card review could be changed to Microsoft PowerPoint to improve the review process.

I was initially disappointed with the trade in amount but came to an agreement.

My oil change appointment started 28 minutes after my initial scheduled time. I understand that appointments overlap and get busy. That happens all the time, unfortunately While waiting, nobody told me my scheduled time would be 15-30 minutes late. The countless times people walked by and didn't acknowledge me gave me a bad taste for customer service. The work done to my car was 5/5. The customer service/environment gave a negative rating

I did not sleep the night before we came in to test drive. My previous experience with purchasing cars was not always positive. Issac immediately made me feel comfortable. Purchasing my Trail Blazer was a fun comfortable experience. Would send friends and family to your dealership. Kudos to Issac for being such a great young man!!

Pretty neat

Sales team made everything very quick and easy.

Did the job in less time than I expected, and it solved my problem. "Shuddering" and hard shifting due to old transmission flluid type was resolved by flushing with new fluid of a newer type. I expected this to work, but it worked even better than expected. Runs like a new car now. I've had several things done to my Corvette at Bergstrom Chevrolet and would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was welcoming and kind. I appreciated being texted a video of what was being done with my vehicle. I was able to wait for oil change to be complete...and was done in a timely manner. It was nice my car was taken through the car wash, however it was not a good wash, and I had to have it redone.

The service department went out of their way to ensure we had the best result with our repair despite our insurance company that Did nothing but hamper the whole process. PLUS, we were allowed to drive a loaner vehicle the entire time our car was there. That is a huge plus and saved us a lot of money. We really are happy and can’t thank you enough.

Fixed two of three problems. Did oil change and replaced A/C controller on driver side. Did not fix driver door that will not automatically unlock when car is parked and turned off. Said that this should be set in options on dash, but options on dash displays "not available". Said they were not sure why it says not available and they would search for an answer. Have not yet heard back.

From start to finish, the process went about as smoothly and quickly as I could have asked for. They gave me a fair offer on my trade and found me a car that met what I was looking for.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I was in and out pretty fast. Only downside was the complimentary car wash, it left my car still dirty. Besides that, everything was great.

Video was great. We don’t want the extra $29 little can of cleaner. We get asked that every time. When we bought the car, we also bought the oil change package. Our bill needs to be adjusted every time, even though the main guy says he entered it into the system. We get the feeling he’s trying to upsell things we don’t need.

The work was satisfactoy, but too expensive. It should not take 3 hours to replace a DCT transmission fluid filter. No way! They also diagnosed a faulty steering wheel heater and ordered a replacement. It is on back order with NO idea when it might arrive. Not the dealers fault, but GM should be able to give us (dealer and me) an estimate of when it might be available. Shame on GM, not the dealer.

Good communication and professional staff in the service department. I’m a bit concerned with the oil change technicians. This is the 2nd oil change that has resulted in a small oil pool on the garage floor from poor clean up by the technicians.

Austin did an excellent job in finding us a maintenance plan that fit our needs. We came into the experience confident on the car we'd like to buy, and Austin listened to our needs and made recommendations accordingly. It was a painless buying experience, and now we have a lot of peace of mind having a reliable vehicle.

Got the deal done that I was happy with

There was constant confusion at the body shop: No one greeted me when I arrived, I had to find people. No one knew about my appointment until I asked several people. My courtesy ride back and forth was delayed by over 30 minutes both ways, with the app saying a driver was coming when he was not (as I confirmed by calling!). There was no written estimate until I insisted the day of the appointment; and that estimate was over $100 off without anyone asking me. On the other hand, the work done in the end was good. The car was also cleaned very well inside and out. And in the end, I could us GM Rewards for the entire 2K repair.

Services. Center guys are awesome I’m happy with upper ownership with the 3% fee you advertise being different and customer friendly??

No more work was needed on my end after that, Quinn took charge from that point on and made my vehicle shopping experience as simple as could be from making a decision on the vehicles he located for me as well as the final paperwork process, all was fast and efficient.

Zach did a great job. This is the 3rd vehicle that I have bought from him. I feel comfortable with him and trust his guidance when buying a vehicle.

I had a small leak in my front passenger side tire. I brought it in to have it looked at and the technician Brad Rolstad went above and beyond finding the leak was coming from damage inside the tire. It was fixed and an oil change later I was on my way.

Rams suck

I have had my vehicles serviced at Bergstrom for a number of years and have always had a good experience. We brought my daughters Equinox in due to a vibration she was feeling intermittently while driving. The diagnosis was that both ball joints needed to be replaced which we did for $1600. Almost immediately the same symptoms continued, so we brought the vehicle back in a few weeks later got a different diagnosis and had the brake system issues repaired for $1300. Everyone was courteous but I couldn't help but feeling someone made a mistake in the initial diagnosis and we paid the price for it. I get mistakes can happen but as a business owner myself, I always try to make sure my customers walk away feeling a mistake I made wasn't at their expense. Just a little feedback since you asked...

On the plus side: You fixed the problem in a day without appointment. On the minus side: You didn't give my wife a ride back to the dealership in late afternoon because someone "forgot"! She had to bring another car and then drive both of them home by parking one and walking back to the other every mile. It took her 2 hours! Unconscionable!

I brought my newly purchased Bolt in for a general assessment as I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep it. The service advisor understood my request and explained what the technician would do. I also said I was hoping Bergstrom Middleton would be my go to service center for my car even though I did not purchase it at Bergstrom. The advisor informed me clearly where to come to pick up the car and how I would be notified when it was ready. I received a phone call while the car was being worked on to point out a need and if I wanted this to be worked on. The whole process was smooth.

Great experience in an unfortunate situation. Part took a week to come in but they got it installed right away and detailed my car. I love the video clips too

This was my second purchase at Bergstrom and working with Quinn Ducey. I first spoke with him by telephone, and he made sure there was a vehicle on the lot that had what I was looking for. They understood my precarious situation and worked with me while I dealt with my auto insurance company and the finance company of my total loss vehicle. Quinn was very knowledgeable and receptive to what I wanted in the new vehicle and made sure I was happy with my purchase before I drove off. They turned my unpleasant situation of desperately needing a new vehicle into another pleasant experience.

Very excellent service. The service manager was very excellent and was personally great. On phone when vehicle was done and came and told me. I was very appreciative.

I was less than 3 miles from Bergstrom and my dashboard showed that low tire pressure on rear tire after the tire rotation. I immediately went back. Was told that the technicians did not look at my year and model of Equinox to fill the tires correctly at the right pressure. Had to wait another 5 minutes to get fixed. As technicians you should know this before releasing the vehicle to client.

Working with Luke is great. He is very professional and a good communicator. He was hampered however by issues with your tire suppliers. They seem pretty unreliable. They resulted in me having to return—twice—to have tires replaced.

Considering all circumstances I had a very low pressure buying experience. I knew i wanted a new Chevy Trail Boss and was shopping around at a few locations. The sales rep was straight forward, misunderstandings and mistakes were taken care of immediately without hassle. Not just Bergstrom (I started with Bergatrom dealers in general because they have a good, professional, reputation) but my entire Trail Boss experience gave me a story to tell and a great memory.

They did a great job! As I entered my vehicle there was items from my glove box on the floor, I asked why and the person who checked me out said they have to check behind it an apologized and said he would talk to the service technician!
